Expert in Kidney Disease Joins UConn Health Center

FARMINGTON, CONN. – Dr. Ruchir Trivedi, a nephrologist with expertise in hypertension and blood-pressure-related kidney disease, is now seeing patients at the UConn Health Center.

Trivedi also specializes in dialysis, medical management of hypertension and lupus-associated kidney disease. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, and holds a designation as a specialist in clinical hypertension. His postdoctoral training includes both a residency and fellowship at the UConn Health Center. Trivedi’s medical degree is from the N.H.L. Medical College of Gujarat University in India. He has additional postgraduate training and qualifications from the Sheffield Kidney Institute at the University of Sheffield in England and the Royal College of Physicians in the U.K.

Trivedi is a resident of Avon.
