Geriatrician Rejoins UConn Health Center

FARMINGTON, CONN. – Dr. Yazeed Maghaydah is back at the University of Connecticut Health Center, seeing patients in the UConn Center on Aging.

Maghaydah is a UConn-trained geriatrician with expertise in memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. He rejoins the UConn Center on Aging, where he completed a geriatric medicine fellowship, from private practice in Norwich. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark following a general surgery residency in Jordan, where he also completed medical school.

Maghaydah is board-certified in geriatrics and internal medicine and is fluent in Arabic. He lives in Glastonbury.
