Health Officials Are Bracing for an Especially Difficult Flu Season This Year

The annual seasonal flu combined with H1N1 could present a lot of challenges for health care, community, and school officials. Chief of the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Health Center, Dr. Kevin Dieckhaus, recently appeared on NBC Connecticut’s 11 a.m. news show with anchor Yvonne Nava and offered valuable advice about the upcoming flu season.
