FARMINGTON, CONN. – Claudio Benadiva, M.D., a fertility specialist with the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services at the University of Connecticut Health Center, was recently honored by the American Fertility Association.

Dr. Benadiva received a 2004 “Family Building Award” for his ongoing support of the AFA mission, and in particular, his commitment to help staff the AFA’s interactive web site which offers support and information 24-hours a day to couples facing infertility issues.

At the Health Center, Dr. Benadiva is lead physician with the Center and is director of the in vitro fertilization lab.
