Cardiologist Joins UConn Health Center

Dr. Joyce Meng Seeing Patients at Calhoun Cardiology Center

FARMINGTON, CONN. Ė Dr. Joyce Meng, a cardiologist who specializes in cardiac imaging and womenís heart health, is now seeing patients at the University of Connecticut Health Center.

Meng joins UConnís Pat and Jim Calhoun Cardiology Center following a clinical fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Harvard Medical Schoolís Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where she was the recipient of the Altman Cardiology Fellow Award. Meng is a graduate of Harvard University and the State University of New York at Stony Brook Medical School on Long Island, and completed her internship and residency training at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City.

Meng, who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, is board certified in internal medicine and nuclear cardiology. Her clinical interests include echocardiography, cardiac MRI and cardiac CT. To make an appointment, call 860-679-3343 or 800-535-6232.
