About the Artists:
“Whether you are an experienced artist or a novice,” states award-winning artist Carol Ganick of West Hartford, “art needs to be an adventure in exploration and an expression of the self.”

Trained by internationally known artists, Ganick works in various media including watercolor, acrylic, oil, digital, mixed media and photography. She is on the faculty of the West Hartford Art League and has taught at the Farmington Valley Arts Center, served as an artist-in-residence at the Montessori School of West Hartford, and was a Greater Hartford Arts Council grant recipient. In addition to her teaching, she also gives workshops, demonstrations and art instruction privately and through other arts organizations.

Ganick has exhibited widely in juried shows and one-person shows, including venues such as the Town and County Club and the Pearl Street Gallery in Hartford, New Britain Museum of American Art, West Hartford Art League shows, Canton Gallery on the Green, Farmington Art Guild, and Farmington Valley Arts Center in Avon, among others, as well as ongoing online exhibits at www.johnbryangallery.com. Her work may be seen at www.carolganick.com.
